We, too, had a very negative experience at this location. That said, I see that whomever is responding to these reviews is posting the EXACT SAME GENERIC REPLY to every post...so why bother pouring my thoughts out when I already know how you will respond? Cold, insulting, and “missing the mark†when it comes to exhibiting appropriate customer service...

I love this restaurant I had the wrong gift card but still had some cash on me but we always come here and they are always so friendly and helpful and just a great place to eat I'm missing some picture of my meal it was delicious can't wait to come back and I will make sure I check my cards next time

Not sure which Olive Garden you went 2, but that is very sad 2 hear. The Olive Garden location @ The Legends, that manager was very professional and addressed my concern w/ the poor service we received immediately. If I were you I'd find a corporate number and call it immediately. You should've definitely received a call by now, in fact your concern should've been addressed then w/an apology!!
